With an annual production capacity of up to one million inverters, AUXSOL announced the implementation of a new industrial unit dedicated to the manufacture of this equipment and energy storage solutions.
The complex is structured into three independent plants, focused on the production of on-grid inverters, hybrid inverters, and storage systems such as BESS and batteries.
According to the company, the new factory does not alter the technological basis of the products, but aims to significantly improve the production process, with greater automation, scale and efficiency, without compromising the reliability of the equipment.
“This volume reflects the level of automation, process efficiency, and strategic planning of the unit, which was designed to support the growth in global demand for AUXSOL with quality and reliability,” highlighted Carlos Eduardo Souza, Marketing Manager of AUXSOL and Nansen Solar.
He explains that the project was designed to expand production scale, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen the company's international competitiveness.
Approximately 70% of the production line is fully automated, which contributes to greater standardization, quality, and cost reduction. The unit was also planned from the outset to serve the international market, although Brazil is among the main focuses of the expansion.
The estimated investment is 1 billion yuan, equivalent to 144 million dollars, which is part of the company's strategy to expand its global presence and keep pace with the growing demand for its products.
“The unit was born with a global focus. From the beginning, it was designed to serve not only the Brazilian market but also international demand, with a structure, scale, and quality standards aligned with the world's main markets. This positioning gives us the flexibility to serve different regions, reinforces our global presence, and supports AUXSOL's long-term growth strategy,” he said.
Customization for different markets and technical support.
Another feature of the new unit is its production flexibility, which allows the equipment to be adapted to the technical and regulatory requirements of different regions. The capacity will accommodate adjustments to functionalities, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications, facilitating the integration of products into diverse applications and countries.
In parallel, the company states that its after-sales service structure evolves alongside technological innovations in its equipment.
"As new technologies are incorporated, our warranty and after-sales teams are continuously prepared and trained to meet and support all new demands," he added.
According to the executive, this strategy aims to guarantee fast and high-quality service, reinforcing product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Integration with research and development
The industrial complex also features direct integration with the R&D (Research and Development) sector, considered essential for accelerating innovation and continuous improvement.
"The R&D team is already fully integrated into the industrial plant, working directly within the factory, in close collaboration with the largest research laboratories in China," he added.
According to the company, this proximity reduces the implementation time of new solutions and optimizes production processes, allowing innovation, quality, and efficiency to advance simultaneously.
