The penalties total R$110,8 million for the unavailability of the power plants and R$80,16 million related to the termination of the contract between the distributor and BBF.
The plants involved are: BBF Faro, BBF Gurupá, BBF Muaná, BBF Porto de Moz, BBF São Sebastião da Boa Vista and BBF Terra Santa.
