Cemig SIM, a subsidiary of Cemig (CMIG4), completed last Friday (19) the acquisition of a stake in three distributed generation photovoltaic solar plants, totaling 10 MWp of installed capacity.
The transaction, valued at R$ 52,8 million, included the purchase of a 51% stake in two power plants and the full acquisition of a third unit. With the completion of the deal, Cemig SIM now holds 100% ownership of all its own distributed generation assets, ending the previously existing partnerships in these projects.
The acquired plants are already in operation and will now fully form part of the company's portfolio.
