With a continued commitment to transforming technology into actionable solutions, Helius Sunlink PV presents the Helius Anti-Dust, a bifacial module with N-Type TOPCon cells developed to enhance energy performance even in challenging scenarios.

The new model combines a functional frame design and an optimized structure to minimize the accumulation of dust, water, and small debris, elements that hinder efficiency and increase the need for periodic cleaning.

To meet different installation requirements and power ranges, the Helius Anti-Dust was developed in two versions:

  • Helius Genesis+ Anti-Dust 605–630W, with a maximum efficiency of 23,3%;
  • Helius Genesis Anti-Dust 575–590W, with a maximum efficiency of 22,8%.

Both versions share the same anti-clump design, the same structural robustness, and the characteristic benefits of N-Type technology. TOPCon and the bifacial surgery.

Technology designed to enhance performance.

The structural design of Helius Anti-Dust It was developed to facilitate the natural flow of water and the removal of dust and micro-residues, reducing the tendency for accumulation at the ends of the module.

This approach reduces the formation of localized shadows and, consequently, reduces the risk of hotspots – a phenomenon associated with the concentration of dirt in specific areas. The result: greater stability in performance over time and increased energy generation.

Because it is a bifacial module, the Helius Anti-Dust It is designed to harness reflected light from the environment to generate energy on both sides.

The N-Type TOPCon technology, widely recognized in the photovoltaic sector, features structural characteristics that include a lower initial degradation rate and good thermal response, factors that can favor longevity and consistent operation over the years.

Helius Sunlink PV brings lighter and more compact modules to Brazil

The development vision: designed to work where it matters most.

O Helius Anti-Dust This reflects the manufacturer's intention to develop modules aligned with the needs observed in the field throughout the development process of the new model.

The solution stems from a careful analysis of the challenges faced by those who install solar modules on different surfaces and in different environmental conditions.

The goal was to create a module capable of responding naturally to situations where dust, humidity, or debris interfere with performance. The idea is simple: to promote continuous performance with less external interference.

Throughout the process, internal analyses indicated that the anti-accumulation design has the potential to reduce the need for interventions and promote more consistent operation, especially in scenarios where the accumulation of particles and organic materials is a recurring factor.

21 years of evolution in photovoltaic research

With 21 years dedicated to developing photovoltaic modules for the global market, Helius Sunlink PV has built a track record based on research, applied engineering, and continuous technological improvement.

Between 2004 and 2025, the company achieved over a 62% increase in the efficiency of manufactured modules, a milestone that reinforces its dedication to evolution and innovation.

The launch of the Helius Anti-Dust This consolidates that path, combining bifacial technology, N-Type TOPCon cells, functional design, and measurable potential performance, expanding the possibilities for energy optimization in facilities of different sizes around the world.
