Renovigi Brasil created a Service Center for defective photovoltaic equipment that the warranty does not cover, or that do not have any warranty. The initiative aims to respond to various incidents.

“With this new service, the objective is to provide repairs and analysis for situations where the problem does not fall within the warranty and covers all products sold by the brand. Repairs maintain the equipment’s factory warranty”, highlights José Vitor Salm, research and development manager at Renovigi.

According to the Renovigi manager, the service can be requested by any customer, but the factory warranty after the repair is only for the company's equipment. As soon as the customer requests the Service Center, Renovigi will contact them to explain how the process works. The first step will be to analyze the problem to confirm the viability of the repair.

The company prepares a quote, which will be sent to the customer. The service is only performed after the quote has been approved. Once completed, the product will undergo tests to validate its suitability for re-installation. The service can be requested by email at service@renovigi.com.br or by phone at (19) 9.9955-5290.
