For years, the growth of the Brazilian solar market was associated with volume, accelerated expansion, and a constantly increasing customer base. This scenario, however, has begun to change, requiring companies to adopt a more strategic approach in the face of a more competitive and complex environment.
And it is precisely in this context that entrepreneurs in the solar sector will be able to participate, from March 3rd to 7th, in an immersion program in Santa Terezinha (SC), focused on the practical execution of business management.
The meeting will be held at the headquarters of Rudnik Energia Solar, and will address, in practice, the consolidation challenges faced by companies in an increasingly competitive market.
The company emphasizes that the upcoming meeting comes at a time of tighter margins, fierce competition, and greater operational complexity, a scenario in which solar integrators now face a less visible, yet decisive challenge: consolidating their operations to continue growing.
According to the host company, the event will expose aspects that do not normally appear in the sector's public discourse, such as planning, internal adjustments, sacrifices, and the real cost of structuring a company for long-term cycles.
The proposal, according to the organizers, is to move away from the traditional format of corporate training and introduce participants to areas such as marketing, sales, finance (pricing), after-sales service, monitoring, and automation that connect within an operation that has scaled while maintaining internal control.
The immersion takes place before the four-day Business High Performance (BHP) training, a business development program offered in partnership with Febracis, focusing on performance and business growth.
The objective is to prepare participants from a strategic and mental standpoint for a new stage of business maturity, aligning long-term vision with execution capacity, focused on high-performance project management.
The assessment is that there is still room for growth, but progress will increasingly depend on planning, organization, and execution capacity.
Elcio Rudnik, the company's founder, emphasizes that the sector is experiencing a new phase. "The market no longer rewards improvisation. Sustainable growth stems from well-defined processes, structured decisions, and strategic consolidation," he stated.
According to the company, in a segment traditionally focused on equipment, generation, and payback, business consolidation is fundamental to gaining ground as a competitive differentiator.
The event will be held at the headquarters of Rudnik Energia Solar, located at Rua Brunislau Blonkoski (Blonkovski), 786 — Centro, Santa Terezinha (SC), CEP 89199-000.
Participation is limited and aimed at entrepreneurs already operating in the sector, especially those seeking to improve the management of their businesses, strengthen their organizational structure, and advance their strategic positioning in an increasingly competitive market.
