The "Scale with Energy" immersion program, exclusively for entrepreneurs in the electricity sector, offers a structured method to accelerate results and professionalize management. The event features three days of practical activities covering topics ranging from purpose and culture to finance and expansion. More than 10 students have already participated in previous training sessions offered by the team.
In addition to presenting management tools, the immersion program seeks to address common challenges faced by companies in the sector, such as lack of planning, demotivated teams, inefficient marketing, and difficulty adapting to regulatory requirements.
Three-stage immersion
The methodology is divided into five pillars: Identity, Growth, Expansion, Processes, and Finances, which guide the content taught by the experts. Day 1 focuses on defining purpose, building culture, and aligning teams. Day 2 addresses practical execution, market positioning, marketing, and commercial structuring. Day 3 concludes the program with time management, productivity, financial organization, and an introduction to equity.
The event also includes an exclusive WhatsApp community where participants receive ongoing support from teachers, moderators, and other entrepreneurs. Only 50 spots were available for this edition.
