The standoff between consumers and Solar Maxx has taken a new turn: In addition to the complaints already reported,Customers who claim not to have received their photovoltaic kits have created pages on social media to centralize complaints and share their experiences.

In the videos they posted, they express outrage and claim to have sought help from public agencies: "I've already filed a police report and gone to the consumer protection agency in my city," says one of the recorded accounts.

One of the consumers, who claims to be from Uberlândia (MG), says that he signed a contract with the company in December 2024 and that the kits were promised for delivery within 90 days, but that the deadline has already passed by almost a year without the system being delivered.

He claims that, in addition to continuing to pay the electricity bill, he is also bearing the cost of financing the system that he did not receive. A similar problem has also affected other consumers.

“I signed a contract in December 2024 and spent eight months waiting (for the kit delivery). But since then, they haven't spoken to me and haven't scheduled the installation,” says one of them. “I bought from Solar Maxx in December 2024 hoping everything would go well, but I haven't had any response regarding delivery or installation so far,” reinforces another customer.

In the videos, the complaints are not limited to consumers. People who claim to have acted as representatives of the company report problems, alleging that they were held liable for losses arising from the contracts.

One of them claims that, in January of this year, he closed two contracts in Tocantins, when he still represented Solar Maxx. According to him, the company received the payments but did not make the delivery. "Solar Maxx does not answer and does not authorize cancellation," he stated.

Another alleged former employee, who claims to have worked with the company for six years, reports that he brokered the sale of a kit worth R$ 13.500,00, paid in cash at the beginning of the year. He states that the client did not receive the equipment.

What does Solar Maxx say?

In a statement sent to the newsroom... Canal Solar Maxx has announced that, out of respect for its customers, it is reinforcing its commitment to transparency and considers it important to update everyone on the progress of currently pending deliveries.

“We acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the delays and reiterate our sincere apologies. Customer satisfaction has always been a central pillar of our operations, and we remain fully committed to restoring the level of excellence that has guided our trajectory over the years,” the company emphasized.

The company also vehemently refuted "any allegations of bad faith, fraud, or scam made by people who are not aware of the situation, as well as claims that the company has left the market," and stated that "the focus now is entirely on restructuring and resolving the situations as quickly as possible."

Furthermore, it reported that, in recent weeks, it has faced "significant operational challenges" that have temporarily impacted the company's ability to meet demand at its usual pace. "Although this scenario has required internal adjustments and revisions, we remain firm in our priority: to regularize deliveries and ensure the continuity of quality services."

In the statement, Solar Maxx reaffirmed that the distributor's efforts are focused on implementing a plan to stabilize and strengthen operations, including strategic initiatives and raising new funds. According to the company, these actions are already underway and aim to fully restore operational flow and recover the company's productive capacity.

“Solar Maxx has a long history in the market and thousands of satisfied customers, which reinforces our commitment to treating each case with responsibility and respect. We continue to work intensely and collaboratively so that each customer is served as quickly as possible. We thank everyone for their understanding, trust, and patience during this period. We remain available for updates and to clarify any doubts,” the company concluded.

It took a while for someone to do a report on this company, if we can even call it a company!

And no public agency gets involved to help consumers. Where is the legal department in this country?
The day that crooks, swindlers, and those who receive payment but don't deliver go straight to jail, we can finally feel at ease when we do our shopping. We're tired of excuses.

    Terrible company.
I experienced several problems with after-sales service.
Consumer protection authorities should take action.

I believe the representative mentioned above is me because I made a video and my client also made a video, and it hasn't been delivered to this day. Contacting Solar Max is extremely difficult. In short, what they did to their clients and to us representatives is absurd. Just here in my city, one franchisee was left with 47 undelivered kits. Imagine the losses he suffered setting up the whole structure, and then they just left him stranded.
