Business owners in the electricity and solar energy sectors face daily challenges that hinder the sustainable growth of their businesses. Lack of clear positioning, difficulty in selling higher-value solutions, weak sales processes, and poorly structured product portfolios are some of the most common obstacles in a market pressured by competition, lower margins, and constant regulatory changes.

Many businesses manage to generate demand, but get stuck in execution: poorly prepared sales teams, marketing disconnected from strategy, and the absence of a clear growth model make scaling unpredictable and risky. In this scenario, scaling ceases to be just a matter of selling more and begins to require strategic vision, method, and mastery of marketing, sales, and products.

The "Scale with Energy" immersion program proposes solutions for growth in the electricity sector.

It is from this reality that the "Scale with Energy" immersion program emerges, an intensive program aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs in the electricity sector, which will be held on March 12, 13 and 14, 2026, in Campinas (SP).

The event was designed to directly address the main bottlenecks faced by energy companies that want to grow in a structured way. Over three days, participants will have access to practical content on market positioning, product definition, marketing and sales strategies, process organization, and strategic decisions aimed at increasing business value.

The methodology connects business management to the specific characteristics of the electricity sector, helping entrepreneurs move from disorganized operations to a clear, replicable, and sustainable growth model.

Free live stream on the 28th delves into marketing and sales topics.

As preparation for the immersion, a free live stream will be held on February 28th (Saturday), from 9 am to 12 pm, focusing on marketing, sales, and product structuring in the electricity sector. The broadcast aims to preview concepts, provoke strategic reflections, and show, in practice, paths for entrepreneurs who wish to scale their energy businesses.

The live event will be presented by Bernardo Marangon, a leading figure in the Brazilian electrical and solar sector, and will feature special guests, who will be announced later. During the event, topics directly related to the growth challenges faced by companies will be discussed, as well as how the "Scale with Energy" immersion program delves into these solutions in a structured and applied way.

Participation in the live event also serves as a gateway for entrepreneurs who want to understand if an in-person event is suitable for the current stage of their business and how it can contribute to accelerating results.
