A ABSOLAR The Brazilian Photovoltaic Energy Association (FIESP) is hosting a meeting on September 30th at the headquarters of FIESP (Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo), focusing on the future of businesses related to H2V (green hydrogen) and BESS (energy storage). The event will bring together regulatory authorities, representatives of the manufacturing sector, and business leaders.

The opening will feature Rodrigo Sauaia, executive president of ABSOLAR, and André Ribeiro of Powersafe/GetPower, the company hosting the meeting. The program includes panels on the opportunities and challenges of advancing new technologies in the photovoltaic sector.

Among the highlights, the event will feature the presence of Daniel Danna, from ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency), who will address the regulatory scenario for storage in Brazil, and Camila Ramos, vice president of ABSOLAR, which will discuss H2V business models. Also participating will be representatives from the ONS (National Electric System Operator), the legal sector, and the energy industry.

For ABSOLAR, H2V and BESS technologies complement solar energy and can further boost the sector. "Green hydrogen and storage play a strategic role in the energy transition and the expansion of renewables in Brazil," Sauaia stated.
