The vice president of Investments and Hydrogen ABSOLAR (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association), Camila Ramos, will present to the Special Commission of Câmara dos Deputados about Energy Transition and Green Hydrogen in Brazil the opportunities of renewable hydrogen in the energy transition and socioeconomic development of the country.

The round table, called “Sustainable Hydrogen”, will take place at FIESP, in São Paulo, on Friday (11), with the participation of deputy Arnaldo Jardim, the president of ABSOLAR, Ronaldo Koloszuk, and representatives of ABEEolic e Abiogas.

At the event, representatives of the entities will explain the proposals and objectives of the Brazilian Pact for Renewable Hydrogen, recently created by agents from the private renewable energy sector to boost the Brazilian renewable hydrogen market (H2R).

Camila Ramos highlights the importance of parliamentary support in formulating policies, programs and incentives necessary to make Brazil a competitive producer of renewable hydrogen worldwide. “Therefore, parliament’s support is essential for the creation of fuel production routes from renewable sources”, he comments.
