Discussion on the topic is something awaited by associations and professionals in the solar sector

The discussion on the proposal to open Public Consultation with a view to collecting subsidies and additional information to improve the regulation of the My Home My Life Program is on the agenda of the 3rd ordinary public meeting of the Board of Directors of ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency), which will be held next Tuesday (6).

The agenda was published last Thursday (1), with the administrative process aimed at regulating the Minha Casa Minha Vida program as the first item on the list of topics that must be discussed by the Agency's directors.

The discussion on the topic is something that associations and professionals in the Brazilian solar energy market are eagerly awaiting.

The topic was already on the agenda for the meeting held last Tuesday (30), but was removed from the agenda by decision of the director-rapporteur of the process, Agnes Maria de Aragão da Costa.

The meeting is open to the public, who can register to give oral arguments on the topic before it is voted on by the ANEEL Board of Directors.

Registrations for oral arguments, as well as requests for prominence or preference in the order of deliberation, must be made using the form by 6pm on the day before the meeting. Representatives who will speak must present a power of attorney or other document proving their power to represent the interested party.
