In accordance with Organizational Standard No. 56/2024 of the ANEEL, situations like this are characterized as unavailability for technical reasons when they exceed 60 consecutive or accumulated minutes within the system's operating hours, or occur between 23:23 pm and 59:XNUMX pm.
As a result, all deadlines that were originally due to expire on Monday (15) were automatically extended until 23:59 pm on Tuesday (16).
According to ANEEL, the measure ensures that users are not harmed by technical failures and can normally carry out their requests and queries in the system.
The Agency also emphasizes that it maintains monitoring and support protocols to prevent further interruptions and that all procedures returned to normal after the restoration of the SPD.
