A neoenergy and Ministry of Defense signed, this Tuesday (9), a technical cooperation agreement for the conclusion of agreements with the Armed forces which aim to construction of ten solar plants to supply the Army, Navy and Air Force buildings.
O estimated investment is R$8,8 million and will be done by Neoenergia's PEE (Energy Efficiency Program), regulated by ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency).
As solar power plants will be installed in the states of Bahia, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, São Paulo, in addition to the Federal District, and will have a combined capacity of more than 2,1 MWp e estimated annual generation of 370 MWh.
The feasibility of new photovoltaic plants will help to reduce the value of electricity bills of the three institutions at around R$2,1 million per year, according to Neoenergia.
Participating in the signing of the agreement were Eduardo Capelastegui, president of Neoenergia; Solange Ribeiro, vice-president of Neoenergia; José Mucio Monteiro, Minister of Defense, as well as representatives of the three Forces.
Old partnership
As Neoenergia's energy efficiency actions with the Armed Forces have lasted more than a decade. With PEE investments totaling around R$12 million, the partnership has already provided service to 66 Army, Navy and Air Force units.
Over the course of the partnership, over 83 inefficient light bulbs have been replaced, in addition to the construction of another five solar plants in the period. In other words, by the end of 2024 – with the new installations – there will be 15 photovoltaic plants in operation supplying the Armed Forces units.

An answer
As there are foreign companies with key points in our progress.
I ask without offending: In China or developed countries, are there such services provided on this scale internally? Only by exporting commodities will they already serve rich countries with H2V and Ammonia and thus maintain their jobs. It's okay that internally they don't charge VAT at 19%, equaling the OECD average. With the potential to produce 600% more energy from offshore wind in Brazil, where can we reallocate it internally?
Education is needed in a “rich nation”!! Bye Bye ️
