BYD announces commercialization platform for photovoltaic products

Application allows instant quote and sale of photovoltaic kits also in the brand's vehicle stores

A manufacturer BYD launched this Thursday (11) a sales platform for the photovoltaic market Brazilian which allows the realization of the instant calculation and precise according to the demand of each customer.

According to the company, the platform should be used by around 80 installers across the country. “The new feature helps, especially when the technician is on a visit and eventually needs to obtain a new quote, all in the palm of his hand”, he explains. In addition to launching the platform, where it will be possible to purchase solar panels, modules, inverters and storage systems, BYD is also opening a more dynamic portal and which accompanies the tool aimed at installers.

Also according to BYD, the platform will also be available for the sale of solar energy and energy storage equipment within BYD car dealerships.

“Soon, everyone interested in an electric car will also have a sustainable way of generating energy at their disposal. This is how BYD was born, this is how we want to build an increasingly cleaner ecosystem”, adds the director.

Currently, the BYD sells the complete kit (solar panel, storage system and inverter). Its photovoltaic modules have a 10-year warranty for the product and 25 years for performance and are financed by the BNDES It is Finame.
