The outlook is for an average annual expansion of 3,3% in the cargo load. without (National Interconnected System) in the period. For 2024, studies indicate a growth of 5,3% compared to 2023, with the result reaching 79.899 MW on average at the end of the year. The projection takes into account the data verified until November and the forecasts released in PMO (Monthly Operation Program) of December.

In 2025, the estimated increase is 3,5% compared to 2024, reaching 82.690 MW on average. In 2029, the load will reach 94.157 MW on average. The analyses consider the installed micro and mini distributed generation systems and the integration of Roraima into the SIN in February 2026. The region is the only one that is not yet part of the states connected to the national grid.

Next Thursday (5), the three organizations will hold a workshop to analyze the results of the 2025-2029 PLAN. The event will be aimed at agents in the electricity sector, distributors, free consumers and traders. Canal Solar will participate in the event and produce a more complete report on the subject.
