A CELA (Clean Energy Latin America) has just complete a decade of operations in Brazil and surpassed the R$ 50 billion milestone in clean energy projects made possible with your advice.
In total, there were more than 10 GW in projects made possible in the last decade, including fundraising, merger and acquisition (M&A) and project finance, in addition to PPAs (long-term contracts), business and investment plans.
CELA's business with renewable generation projects has 70% originating from centralized generation projects or companies, It is 30% distributed generation.
“CELA has grown in the range of 25% per year, but, in 2022, it practically doubled its business volume. And, for this year, the goal is to double revenue”, says Camila Ramos, CEO of CELA.
“The consultancy has always had a driver of identifying market trends and is not only focused on renewable energy, but also on everything related to the energy transition and new clean technologies, such as H2V (green hydrogen) and energy storage , for example,” he added.
In this sense, the consultancy has just announced the creation of an advisory board and the presence of businessman Ronaldo Koloszuk, current director of FIESP (Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo) and president of the Board of Directors of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Solar Energy Association). The bet is to accelerate growth in the renewable energy segment and leverage new H2V projects in Brazilian territory, by attracting foreign and national capital, aiming to transform the Brazilian market into the largest producer of clean fuel for the decarbonization of the Brazilian and global economies. .

The company's projects cover sectoral and financial work and studies for renewable energy generators, investors and funds and financial institutions, multilaterals, manufacturers of renewable energy equipment, distributors of renewable energy equipment, and NGOs.
They also serve oil and gas companies investing in renewables, government agencies, energy distribution and transmission companies, developers of renewable projects, large consumers, construction companies and producers of green hydrogen and green fertilizer.
