Thinking about the rise of women in the Brazilian photovoltaic market, Decarbonize Solutions launched during the Intersolar South America, the program My – Women Integrators of Solar, the first collaborative network of integrative women in Brazil.
O first date will take place in person at Aldo Solar headquarters, in Maringá (PR), on September 27th. The event, which will be held from 9 am to 17 pm, will feature lectures, training and exchange of experiences.

The HR director highlighted that the The idea of the collaborative network is to grow more and more and become more accessible to women. “We understand that such an initiative can and should create an itinerant characteristic, so we will try to centralize the events where our audience is”.
