Thinking about the rise of women in the Brazilian photovoltaic market, Decarbonize Solutions launched during the Intersolar South America, the program My – Women Integrators of Solar, the first collaborative network of integrative women in Brazil.

O first date will take place in person at Aldo Solar headquarters, in Maringá (PR), on September 27th. The event, which will be held from 9 am to 17 pm, will feature lectures, training and exchange of experiences.

"That The main theme of the meeting is female leadership and self-knowledge. We believe that women who identify with this mission, with the purpose of this project, will transform it into an experience of great personal and professional impact”, she said. Thaís Marques, HR Director at Descarbonize Solutions.

“We know that there are many women in the sector who occupy positions and roles of relevance and strategy, but they are not exposed. They are currently in a more back office, support role. Therefore, What we would like to do is provide visibility, create an environment for networking and continuous learning”, He stressed.

According to Thaís, there are still entrepreneurs who would like to know a little more about the solar sector and its potential, but often they are unable to do so, precisely because there is no channel. “The MIS was born with this intention, to be, in fact, a channel that will create connections and develop personal and professional aspects.".

Project expansion

The HR director highlighted that the The idea of the collaborative network is to grow more and more and become more accessible to women. “We understand that such an initiative can and should create an itinerant characteristic, so we will try to centralize the events where our audience is”.

“I believe that as we connect more participants, the MIS will disseminate the identity of those who are part of the group, of those who are part of this league. The project will certainly grow a lot with current agendas aligned with the demands of our members. The themes will be welcomed, respected and worked on,” he said.

“A The message I leave is a call to all women who want to make a difference in this promising initiative., which will bring benefits, both for those who participate and for those who, suddenly, will be impacted in some way by the results of this action”, concluded Thaís Marques.
