Empalux presents new inverter lines and integrator support

A Empalux participated in the Intersolar South America 2022, which occurred in Expo Center in São Paulo. Through its own stand, it presented its main highlights to the Brazilian solar sector, such as high-power modules and the efficiency of technical support.

The distributor is an experienced company in the electrical sector that acts as a supplier of inverters and photovoltaic modules and provides complete kits for generating solar energy.

In an interview given to Solar Channel, Raphael Gouveia, Product Engineering Manager at Empalux, told us first-hand about the new technologies and the company's next launch.

“Empalux has been bringing high-power modules since 2021. Today we are the first company to bring 690 W modules”, he said. “We also have our 690 W bifacial module and we will have a launch at the end of the year, the 1000 W module, also bifacial”, added Gouveia.

According to Raphael Gouveia, the company offers essential technical support to make life easier for integrators who choose Empalux products.

“For us, the essential part today is after-sales technical support, because this makes a total difference to the integrator in the event of a problem with the inverter. The speed in changing this equipment brings less damage to our end customer, because when the problem occurs we know that generation stops”, he reported.

“So, our idea is to process this guarantee within 72 hours and ship a new inverter to the integrator. We don’t repair the inverter, we always send a new inverter to the integrator”, explained Gouveia.

For him, it is important to emphasize that all technical support and warranty are provided by Empalux, without dependence on another brand or manufacturer to carry out this transaction with the integrator.
