O investment on a solar energy system he can generate an economy for the Brazilian consumer of R$ 600 thousand in a range of up to 30 years. This is what one points out survey carried out by Solfácil.

A simulation took into account a family that has a monthly expenditure of R$ 750 on the electricity bill is inflation of 5% per year in the cost of energy, calculated from the average of the IPCA (Broad National Consumer Price Index) of the last 10 years.

A conclusion is that: while a family that still depends entirely on conventional supply will pay around R$ 600 thousand over 30 years, one Cwing with the photovoltaic system installed will cost only R$ 48 thousand in the same period. In other words, a cost 12 times lower.

The entity's study also shows that the savings are quite representative even in a shorter period, since in 10 years it is already possible to save R$ 97 thousand.

According to recently released research by HUG (Association of Large Industrial Energy Consumers), the electricity bill is weighing more heavily on the pockets of 90% Brazilians than it did five years ago.

According to ABRACE, Brazil currently has the second most expensive electricity bill in the world and with a recorded increase of 47% since 2017. In total, electricity expenses compromise, on average, 25% of the budget of Brazilian families.

“Those who choose solar energy, in addition to producing their own energy, are free from the constant price fluctuations that electricity suffers in the country, especially in times of water crisis as occurred in 2021 and affected the majority of families”, explains, Fábio Carrara, CEO of Solfácil.
