Energisa Acre will have a 4,38% reduction in residential rates

Residential consumers served by Energisa Acre will see a 4,38% reduction in their electricity bills. tariff adjustment annual was approved this Tuesday (3) by the collegiate board of ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency). The adjusted rates will be valid from December 13th

Low voltage customers will see an average reduction of 4,42% and high voltage consumers will see a reduction of 1,23%.

“The average effect of high voltage refers to classes A1 (>= 230 kV), A2 (from 88 to 138 kV), A3 (69 kV) and A4 (from 2,3 to 25 kV). For low voltage, the average encompasses classes B1 (Residential and low-income residential subclass); B2 (Rural: subclasses such as agriculture, rural electrification cooperative, rural industry, rural irrigation public service); B3 (Industrial, commercial, services and other activities, public power, public service and own consumption); and B4 (Public lighting)”, informed the ANEEL.

According to the Agency, among the factors that had the greatest impact on the adjustment are sectoral charges and financial components.
