Energisa, one of the largest companies in the electricity sector in Brazil, is accepting applications for its new nationwide career acceleration program. The initiative seeks to attract young professionals with experience in the market who wish to advance professionally in one of the leading companies in the sector.
Lasting six months, the program offers participants the opportunity to lead strategic projects and experience different experiences within the Energisa Group, with direct support from company leaders.
Professionals with higher education completed in the last five years, preferably in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Administration, Economics and related Technology courses, are eligible to apply. According to the company, “having a leadership profile, strategic vision and availability to move to another city are considered differentials”.
Those selected will receive technical and behavioral training, participation in executive forums and benefits such as health insurance, private pension, language incentives and quality of life programs.
