A Hanersun participated, on the 1st and 2nd of March in Vitória (ES), in the 17th Southeast GD Forum. At the event, the company discussed topics related to policies and technological trends of photovoltaic distributed generation Brazilian.

More than a thousand participants from various countries were attracted to the forum, including entrepreneurs, investors and EPCs. In order to present module trends, Vicky Shao, LATAM Sales Director at Hanersun, gave a speech entitled “Which technology and practice will dominate the Brazilian GD market?”.

According to her, it is expected that the price of TOPCon technology be at the level of PERC products by the end of this year, “with the global power of large format modules increasing by 10-20 W”, he pointed out.

Anticipating this trend, Hanersun launched the first series of TOPCon panels, the HITOUCH 5N, in the middle of last year, which is suitable for various application scenarios, such as industries, businesses and homes, particularly for distributed generation projects in Brazil.

On this basis, the company launched another new series of modules, the HITOUCH 6N, in January this year, which combines TOPCon type N technology and 210mm silicon wafers.

According to the manufacturer, the panel line reaches its maximum power, 695 W, with a modular efficiency of up to 22.37%, bifaciality of 80-85% and is also equipped with an IP68 waterproof junction box.

“The DG sector, as the main driver of solar development in Brazil, has been predominant in recent years. Hanersun has been making efforts in the local market for years, and doubled shipments to Latin America last year,” highlighted the company.

“Hanersun’s success in the Brazilian market is due to its persistence in customer value. At the same time, its continuous improvement of product quality and reliability has won the trust and recognition of local customers,” they concluded.
