A Helexia signed um contract de GD (distributed generation) on a Exact Energy, company of Prime Energy Group, on duration de 20 years. O agreement predict a delivery de projects em some states, totaling 46 MWp of installed capacity.

With the partnership, Helexia will develop photovoltaic plants with an installed capacity of 13 MWp in Paraná, 26 MWp in São Paulo and 7 MWp in Goiás. The works are expected to begin in the second half of this year and be delivered in the second half of 2024 .

According to Aurélien Maudonnet, CEO of Helexia Brasil, this partnership strengthens the message that they are taking an important position in the Brazilian energy transition and that they are increasing market confidence in the company.

“The Prime Group was a pioneer in its positioning in distributed generation, which led us to have one of the largest DG managers in the country. It is natural that the subscription energy business through shared generation was on our radar”, comments Bernardo Marangon, currently a partner at Exata Energia.

“To this end, we opted for contracts with experienced and relevant generators in the DG scenario such as Helexia, a partner that we admire and are very happy to have in our portfolio”, he added.

Helexia Brasil's commercial and business development director comments that “the agreement with Grupo Prime is very beneficial for Helexia's growth strategy in Brazil, which has relied on important actors to make the energy transition happen”.

Aurélien adds that, currently, Helexia has a pipeline totaling more than 400 MWp. Of this amount, 110 MWp should come into operation by the beginning of next year.
