The franchise network solarprime recently opened in the municipality of Itupeva (SP), on the banks of Rodovia Bandeirantes, a factory e distribution center of photovoltaic solar energy equipment and related products.

In total, R$54 million were invested for the construction of the project, which will initially generate approximately 50 new jobs and was designed to exclusively serve the brand's franchisee network.

In addition to the inauguration of the space, the company held the launch of equipment with its own brand. “In the beginning, we will have string inverters, microinverters and EV (electric vehicle) chargers manufactured by Solarprime,” said Raphael Brito, founding partner of company.

Brito also highlighted that they will provide hybrid and off-grid products, alternating current components for the complete execution of the project, among other new equipment related to electrical and solar energy.

“It has always been a big dream of ours to have our own manufacturing unit and it has always been a promise of ours to all franchisees in our network. We are taking this big step at an important time for the sector”, commented the executive.

“Now, with the legal certainty brought by Law 14.300, which regulates the solar energy market, we can invest with peace of mind to provide a product with a highly competitive price exclusively for franchisees and provide extremely high quality equipment to customers”, he concluded.

I'm happy to hear about this installation, congratulations! However, your after-sales service to customers leaves something to be desired because:
I had solar panels installed at my property in Itupeva in 2022 through the franchisee Solar City Placas Fotovoltaicas Eireli Itupeva SP CNPJ.41847520001/111, which transferred the company to Mr. Leonardo Bueno. I have been trying to contact him for over a year without success; he never answers his cell phone or returns calls. The Solarprime website is even worse, which is why I'm using this channel to inform you which franchisees are representing them. Their reputation is certainly, or will be, damaged… Please excuse my outburst, but it's the pure truth. Thank you very much.
