Intersolar Summit Nordeste: registrations open for short courses in solar and electromobility

The growth of the renewable energy poses the challenge of constant training of hand in qualified work. Given this need, short courses are an alternative for professionals who already work or wish to work in the area.

Mindful of this reality, the Intersolar Summit Brasil Nordeste, which will be held in Fortaleza (CE) on April 10th and 11th, will have mini-courses focused on solar sector, green hydrogen It is electric mobility. Registration is now open at site.

Furthermore, the event will have speeches It is round tables with the presence of invited authorities and experts, enabling interactions and debates with the public.

A mission of summit is to bring in-depth information, to allow opportunities of contacts from high level, expand the use of photovoltaic technologies at regional and national levels, strengthen the sector in Brazil and demonstrate the potential of green hydrogen produced with solar energy in Brazilian Northeast.

In 2023, Intersolar Summit Nordeste received more than 5 thousand visitors. In total, more than 300 people participated in the congress and more than 90 companies displayed their products.

The Intersolar Summit Brasil Nordeste is organized by Aranda Eventos & Congressos Ltda, from São Paulo, and its co-organizers are Solar Promotion International GmbH, from Pforzheim, and the Freiburg Management and Marketing International GmbH.

Congress Program

April 10

  • 10:30 – 12:30: Sizing energy storage systems and operation optimization using AI. Registration is free. Responsible: Camila Gehrke – professor, doctor at UFPB (Federal University of Paraíba) since 2014, founder, researcher and coordinator of SG2 (Smart Grid Group) since 2015 and coordinator of the Embrapii CEAR/UFPB Unit since 2021;
  • 14:00 – 16:00: Photovoltaic Energy for Green Hydrogen Production. Registration is free. Responsible: Domenico Sgró – is a professor, doctor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará;
  • 16:30 – 18:30: The influence of over-irradiance on Photovoltaic Plants: problems and solutions. Responsible: Trajano Viana – is a professor, PhD in Engineering in the area of Photovoltaic Solar Energy at the Federal University of Santa Catarina.

11th of April

  • 10:30 – 12:30: The issue of energy demand for consumers with a high density of charging stations for electric vehicles. Responsible: João Cunha – founder of the engineering company Mi Omega;
  • 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Installation of charging stations for electric vehicles: load balancing applications. Responsible: Rafael Cunha – co-founder and director of operations at movE Eletromobilidade, a company providing technological solutions for managing electric vehicle recharging control;
  • 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Solar energy, free market and mobility: opportunities for the integrator. Responsible: Vinicius Ayrão – President of Abracopel (Brazilian Association for Awareness of the Dangers of Electricity), Advisor to ABGD (Brazilian Association of Distributed Generation) and technical director of Sindistal-RJ.
