This impressive growth reflects the growing demand for efficient energy storage solutions. In this dynamic environment, Kehua said it has made significant progress with the large-scale deployment of its liquid-cooled energy storage inverters.

Leading the market in solutions for large-scale applications is the BCS2500K-3450K-B-HUD/T series of energy storage inverters, a flagship product designed to meet the demands of this growing segment.

Solar and battery power: transforming homes into smart and sustainable homes

According to the manufacturer, the inverter integrates cutting-edge technology and robust features, ensuring optimal performance and safety in various environments. “With advanced capabilities, it positions itself as an ideal solution for both current needs and future energy storage challenges, playing a crucial role in the transition to sustainable energy systems,” they emphasized.

Innovations in 3.450 kW PCS TechnologyKehua's 3.450 kW PCS features advanced features that ensure optimized performance and safety in different environments. The solution stands out for its online insulation detection system, which provides real-time monitoring to prevent potential failures.

The robust design allows operation in extreme conditions such as high temperatures, high salinity environments and extreme cold, making it suitable for diverse installations.

One of the main features is comprehensive cell status monitoring, which, combined with multi-level fire protection, ensures a safe operating environment.

Real-time transformer monitoring improves predictive maintenance, reducing downtime and ensuring continuous operation. In addition, the integrated data acquisition system and fiber optic network facilitate intelligent management, enabling more efficient analysis and decision-making.

The 3.450 kW PCS is designed for space-efficient utilization, maximizing energy storage capacity without requiring large physical footprints. Its integrated converter and transformer system simplifies installation and improves overall performance.

The equipment also supports parallel connections of multiple machines and “black start” capability, providing scalability and reliability during power outages.

With high- and low-voltage ride-through (H/LVRT) functionality, the 3.450 kW PCS demonstrates adaptability to grid fluctuations, ensuring stability during disturbances. Its versatility makes it ideal for applications such as peak shaving, frequency modulation and auxiliary connections to renewable energy systems.

Global Deployments

The company said it is the only PCS supplier involved in the world's largest battery energy storage system (BESS) grid-forming project, with a capacity of 300 MW/1200 MWh.

“Our shipments of energy storage inverters ranked third globally in 2023, highlighting our competitiveness and recognition in the industry. This achievement reflects not only our technological capabilities, but also our ongoing commitment to sustainable development,” they highlighted.

About Kehua

With 36 years of experience in power electronics technology, Kehua offers diversified solutions and extensive project experience in the fields of photovoltaics, energy storage, microgrids and integrated energy services.

By the end of 2023, the manufacturer's photovoltaic installations exceeded 46 GW, while its energy storage installations exceeded 15,2 GW/8,2 GWh globally.
The company is currently the world's third-largest PCS supplier (S&P), a Tier 1 energy storage provider, and a top 10 solar inverter manufacturer (BloombergNEF).
