energytech Lead Energy invested R$ 1 million in the development of a platform to simplify the migration and management of consumers’ energy bills in the Free Energy Market.

Last year, the company launched first phase of the project, which facilitates consumer migration and allows you to “book” a cheaper rate with just one click.

From June 17th, the second phase of the platform will come into operation. This update will allow consumers to follow each component of your electricity bill in the Free Energy Market, in addition to receiving notifications about deviations in consumption, migration status, cashback and other contracted solutions.

“The focus is on implementation for the free market, which today is super bureaucratic, and, of course, on the after-sales process. We created a 100% solution aimed at customer use, offering something they can understand, unlike the current experience with many energy distributors, where everything is an alphabet soup, starting with the electricity bill”, comments founder and CEO Raphael Ruffato , in a press release.

According to Ruffato, the platform's differentiator is providing a user experience that allows them to understand their electricity bill.

“The invoice is issued using the Lead Energy standard for better understanding, regardless of the layout adopted by the distributor. At the same time, the system allows our operations to be carried out effortlessly, migrating customers with just a few clicks and ensuring that the process works for thousands of consumers simultaneously. It is a benefit for both sides, company and customers”, said the executive.
