“The great entrepreneur doesn’t sell, he relates”. This is what Gustavo Tegon, sales specialist and co-founder of Esfera Solar, said.

During participation in the podcast Sun Talk, he highlighted the importance of maintaining a good relationship with customers and discussed the creation of Esfera Solar, a company that is entering the DG (distributed generation) market.

“Today, with all the technology and practicality, you can buy from whoever you want, but you can interact with whoever you want. Transparency, truth in the eyes in words and attitudes make a difference”, he emphasized.

Furthermore, Tegon highlighted the need to always seek to study and improve oneself more and more in the photovoltaic sector in order to become a successful professional.

“Don’t think you’ve reached the top, because it doesn’t exist. The top is just the next door so you can open it and see another staircase in front of you”, added the executive.

Throughout the podcast, Gustavo Tegon also commented on the creation of Esfera Solar, which began operations on May 24th of this year. “The company was born for the Brazilian market, young, dynamic and with great talents”.

“We had dreams, fears and a lot of desire to make it happen. Our biggest concern is not being the best, but doing the best we can do”, he highlighted.

“We are distributors of photovoltaic generators. We will not work with end customers. Our focus is the integrator, resale. But doesn't the end customer knock on our door? Of course they do, and every time they do, they are recommended to a Sphere partner”, pointed out the expert.

Furthermore, according to the co-founder of Esfera Solar, the biggest difference is being a company focused on conscious capitalism. “We don’t want to win alone, we want to share together”, he concluded.
