Canal Solar professionalization for the photovoltaic market
Certification will be an important competitive advantage for those working in the sector

It is not new that the photovoltaic solar energy market is growing by leaps and bounds. And this growth has been attracting more and more professionals interested in working with sales and installation of residential, commercial, industrial systems, etc.

The sector generates thousands of jobs every year and directly contributes to boosting the local economy, with a high degree of coverage throughout all regions of the country.

This accelerated expansion brings with it a major challenge: adequate training of professionals who work with solar energy photovoltaic. Therefore, we are aware that we play an important role in making the market as a whole more professional – and we have decided to increase our investment in this area.

We are launching the Ecori professional certification, with the seal of the Totum Institute, which applies the test. Certification will be an important competitive advantage for those working in the sector, for the integrator who works with the end consumer. It will be an important way of demonstrating the degree of professionalization and may be used in proposals and promotional materials.

And we will also give a direct benefit to certified resellers to further encourage this professionalization, with free shipping on orders. This can mean approximately between 3% and 7% (sometimes even more) of cost reduction in the total value, depending on the region where the company is located.

Another important point is that professionals who have double certification, that is, the Ecori professional certification and the Responsible for Photovoltaic Panel Design and Installation Company, from Instituto Totum, will have an additional 1% reduction in the order value.

Global view of the solar photovoltaic market and its purposes

Why is more professionalization healthy for the photovoltaic market?

Strategic partnerships drive market gain

Furthermore, we are resuming our training, both face-to-face, at our Training Center in Barueri, Greater São Paulo, and through Ecori Plus platform, which we have now launched.

It is our direct investment to have more qualified professionals from a technical and commercial point of view in the market, increasing credibility, quality and security for both integrators and end customers.

In recent months, we have been carefully monitoring the increase in the number of fires in photovoltaic systems, which are a direct consequence of incorrect installations. This has also occurred in other countries as the adoption of solar energy has accelerated.

A Professional certification minimizes these problems and increases security. And security is a non-negotiable value for both us and the manufacturers of the equipment we sell, such as APsystems, SolarEdge and Huawei.

Keeping an eye on frequent news, the Professional certification will need to be renewed annually. This way we also guarantee the constant recycling of knowledge and updating on technical and installation characteristics for the most modern and disruptive products on the market.

We are certain that this is the way to guarantee an even better and more promising future for the entire photovoltaic solar energy sector.
