Housi, the 100% digital housing platform, entered into a partnership with Easy Volt, enabling all of the brand's stores to have a supply station for EVs (electric vehicles).
“We seek to form partnerships with companies that will add to our product, that are aligned with our innovative profile. Sustainable mobility is in Housi's DNA, in the principles used as a pillar”, said Alexandre Lafer Frankel, CEO of Housi.
“For this reason, all of our flagships will have charging stations for charging electric cars, thus contributing to the reduction of global carbon emissions, with zero CO₂ emissions”, he highlighted.
In March, the company already opened six points of the 35 units spread across Brazil. They are: Stand Vitacon & Housi Oscar Freire, Stand Vitacon & Housi Jurupis (Moema), Stand Vitacon Millenium, Flagship Housi Bela Cintra, Flagship Housi Faria Lima and Flagship Housi Paulista.
Expansion through Brazil
Until the beginning of 2020, Housi only operated in São Paulo, where a third of the population already lives on rent. But, in addition to managing properties in more than 200 buildings in the capital of São Paulo, the company decided to expand its expertise to more than 25 cities.
Among them, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Recife, Fortaleza, Goiânia, João Pessoa, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Santa Maria, Bento Gonçalves, Santos, Maringá and Salvador.
According to the company, the goal is to triple in size and expand to 80 new cities by the end of the year. It is also planned to begin expanding into Latin America in 2021.
