Bachelor of Law from Universidade Santa Cecília (UNISANTA) and Postgraduate in Civil Procedure and Constitutional Process from the Catholic University of Santos (UNISANTOS), with Specializations in Management in Electric Energy Business (FGV- SP). Administrative Law (SBDP) and Leadership for Lawyers (GVLaw).

He was a guest professor for several courses in the energy sector at the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law Studies (IBDE), National School of Judiciary, Preparatory course for arbitrators in the energy sector in partnership with CAMARB and gave several lectures on the sector. He began his career in the electrical sector in 2002 at Elektro Eletricidade e Serviços S/A (Energy Distributor) and for the last 8 years he has worked at the Electricity Trading Chamber – CCEE, and for the last 3 years he has held the position of Regulatory Legal manager .

Eng. Bernardo Marangon

He was Director of Generation at the Léros Group between 2016 and 2018, where he developed and was responsible for the construction of photovoltaic generation plants in the Distributed Generation (GD) modality. He worked at EDP Brasil between 2010 and 2015, working in the planning areas of Operation and Maintenance of Hydroelectric Power Plants (UHEs), in which he coordinated the failure analysis process, and in the New Business area, in which he participated in M&A transactions, whose values exceeded R$ 2 billion. He is currently a founding partner of Exact Energy, whose activities include investment in Generation, Sale of Energy on the Free Market and financial advice and management for Generators and Energy Traders.

He recently participated as a financial advisor for Grupo Energisa in the Valuation of Alsol, a company that operates in the distributed generation market (transaction R$ 11.7 MM and Cash commitment). Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá – UNIFEI (2009), has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from UNIFEI (2011).
