A JA Solar announced that it has become the first private company da China and first de Photovoltaics do world to become member do WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development).

During an event promoted by ONU (United Nations) in New York, last September, Peter Baker, President and CEO of the WBCSD, together with the senior management team, conducted an induction ceremony to present JA with the official certificate board member.

“Amidst the wave of transformation da global energy industry towards green and low-carbon initiatives, JA Solar stands out as a firm leader in the photovoltaic industry”, highlighted Fernando Castro, country manager for JA Solar in Brazil.

According to the executive, the company is committed em fulfill yours original mission as a valued member of the WBCSD and in collaborating with its global counterparts to uphold the vital commitment of accelerate a transition towards a sustainable world, thereby advancing towards the WBCSD’s visionary goal of 2050.

“With unwavering dedication, we are ready to do significant progress on the path towards WBCSD Vision 2050 and we remain committed to promoting practicality and promoting new developments”, concluded Castro.
