Solfácil announced the purchase of solar kit distributor Solar Inove. According to Fabio Carrara, CEO of Solfácil, the acquisition aims to expand its solutions available to Brazilian integrators.

“For 1 and a half years, we sold kits in the marketplace model, and we learned a lot. The main learning is that we were unable to guarantee a high level of service at all stages of the journey, from order to delivery”, said Carrara.

“As distributors, we will be able to control the entire order cycle and integrate it into our ecosystem to offer the best purchasing and delivery experience. The investment in Solar Inove complements and makes our ecosystem even more robust”, he adds.

With the acquisition, Solfácil begins to act as a distributor with an exclusive portfolio of equipment with Solar Inove, such as Deye, Growatt and Goodwe.

“The relationship between Solar Inove and Solfácil was born through the company’s marketplace. There was a substantial increase in demand for our kits, which was limited by our capacity for organic growth”, comments Brainer Martins, CEO of Solar Inove.

“This acquisition aims to expand our services through investments in working capital, logistics infrastructure and also a great opportunity to explore all the synergies of the Solfácil ecosystem. Partners who already purchased via Solar Inove now have access to Solfácil financing with special conditions to offer their customers”, he adds.
