Solfácil announced the launch of Solfácil Smart, a solution that combines artificial intelligence and hardware to monitor energy generation, consumption, and savings in residential and commercial photovoltaic systems in real time. The technology's development investment totaled R$2,5 million.
The product is divided into two versions: Smart Home, designed for homes, and Smart Pro, designed for businesses. For homes, the system functions as a mobile control panel, allowing consumers to quickly identify issues such as dirty modules, technical failures, or unexpected increases in consumption.
The enterprise version offers more detailed monitoring, enabling users to map consumption peaks outside of generation hours, adjust processes, and reduce waste. The tool also helps verify the delivery of contracted energy and supports decision-making regarding costs and efficiency.
According to the company, the proposal is to address one of the sector's main challenges: the lack of transparency and post-sales support. In many cases, consumers only notice system issues when they receive their monthly energy bill, while integrators struggle to verify installation performance or offer proactive support.
"Customers now have real-time clarity about system performance and their energy bills, which increases confidence and reduces dissatisfaction," said Fabio Carrara, CEO and founder of Solfácil.

In addition to giving the end consumer greater control, the company highlights that the solution can also support integrators, offering remote monitoring, failure prevention, and the possibility of recurring revenue.
The service will be available as a hardware-plus-monthly subscription, with pricing varying depending on the plan. Initially, the system will only work in on-grid facilities, but the company is already planning to expand to hybrid systems.
The device will be available for pre-order to integrators and distributors starting August 26th and will be available for testing at the Solfácil booth during Intersolar South America. The device will be available in Home and Pro versions, with the possibility of gradual integration into all systems financed by the company.
