The global energy transition demands increasingly integrated, digital and flexible solutions. It is against this backdrop that four major international conferences will be held on May 6 and 7, 2025, in Munich, Germany. Germany, within the programming of The smarter E Europe — the largest alliance of European trade fairs in the electrical sector.

Aimed at decision-makers, investors, experts and strategists, the conferences will discuss the latest developments in the global energy sector, with topics such as energy storage, digitalization, sector coupling, electric mobility and smart grids.

With a single ticket, participants will have simultaneous access to the debates of the Intersolar Europe Conference, ees Europe Conference, Power2Drive Europe Conference and EM-Power Europe Conference.

Conference content

Among the highlights of the program is the presentation of the Global Market Outlook for Solar Power 2025–2029 report, which will provide perspectives and updated data on the advancement of solar energy on an international scale.

Another joint session, hosted by the Europe Conference and ees Europe Conference, will discuss the quality and durability of modern battery storage systems.

At the EM-Power Europe Conference, one of the central themes will be the destination of investments in smart grids and digitalization.

More than discussing generation, the conferences reflect the new complexity of the sector: the current challenge is to integrate, in a stable and coordinated way, fluctuating energy sources into an increasingly intersectoral and digital system.
