A ZNShine Solar launched during the SNEC PV Power Expo 2023, which took place between May 24th and 26th at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, in Shanghai, China, its main products.
Among the highlights were the integrated roof system and the most recent TOPCon photovoltaic modules, double glass and low carbon polyurethane structure.
Integrated roof system
The company stated that the solution has lower logistics costs, as it does not include rails, screws and tools. Furthermore, construction time is saved by 50% compared to traditional BIPV.
“The 100 kW roof system, as an example, Green Power Tile achieves zero gaps between components, maximizes the use of roof area and comprehensively reduces the cost by 1.500 USD,” they highlighted.
According to ZNShine, the Green Power Tile combination technology further prevents water leakage, corrosion, wind pressure, fire prevention and other safety risks over a 30-year life cycle.
“The clamp-type quick installation system, certified by TUV, does not require screw torque maintenance in the later stage. The surface of the product adopts high aluminum-zinc-magnesium weatherproof coating, which has excellent resistance to saline-alkali and water leakage and wind,” explained ZNShine.

Low carbon polyurethane structure
ZNShine Solar's R&D (Research and Development) team also launched the low-carbon polyurethane structure at the event. “Its main raw material, polyurethane, is derived from petroleum, and fiberglass is an ecological construction material.”
“The structure and coating itself have excellent resistance to humidity, heat, acid, alkaline and saline corrosion, especially suitable for coastal areas, saline-alkaline land and other locations with highly corrosive conditions”, emphasized the manufacturer.
According to the company, as the color of the structure can be customized, it is also ideal for looking for aesthetic photovoltaic installations on the roof. “ZNShine is the first composite frame panel brand certified by TUV”.

TOPCon
Another highlight presented at SNEC was the N-Type TOPCon photovoltaic cell technology. The module has a power of 575 W, with an efficiency of up to 22,2%, and has an optimized temperature coefficient of -0,30%/°C.
Furthermore, it presents less annual degradation, 1% in the first year and 0,4% in the remaining years of its useful life compared to current panels. The new series also allows graphene nanotechnology to be coated on the module to maintain the advantages of self-cleaning, reduced hot-spot, longer service life and more power generated.
Double glass modules
Finally, the ZNShine PVB double glass panel, customized with colored glass, was on the manufacturer's stand. This exhibition displays three types: blue, orange and black.
According to the company, the product has high resistance, greater reliability and better light transmission. “Color customization can meet the requirements of different application scenarios and light transmission conditions, meet the standards of environmentally friendly building materials, take aesthetics and design sense into consideration, and realize equipment diversification,” they concluded.
