The manufacturer of 2P photovoltaic structures announced a new shopping platform for partners. E-commerce is now available for selected customers and will be officially launched on early 2023.
According to João Dutra, director of the company, the platform is expected to speed up the quoting process for partner customers, as it has a smart calculator for the quantification of materials.
O pre launch of the 2P Platform was made during the Intersolar South America 2022. “At our stand, we acquired more than a thousand spontaneous registrations for access to the 2P platform”, he states.
According to Dutra, the shopping platform will have a separate segment called 2PLabs, an area dedicated to instructional videos about the photovoltaic market and even content about management, recorded by sector partners chosen by the company.
“In partnership with suppliers and partners, we are developing content on installing fixing structures, solar panels, inverters, connectors and management that will help the integrator’s day-to-day life”, he explains.
Other highlights
The platform was developed from scratch by the company, with its own programmers based on feedback from partners and customers. “As we did not find anything on the market that would deliver the functions and experience we would like for the integrator, we developed it exactly the way we would like and 100% connected to our internal system, which is SAP”, comments the director.
He ends by explaining that the communication channel will be an output for the integrator who seeks autonomy, to simulate proposals without the need to speak directly to a salesperson, even though he or she is still available if the integrator needs it.
“The 2P Platform will give the integrator total autonomy to quantify and price the structures, automatically and intelligently in a matter of minutes, without the need to speak to a salesperson”, he emphasizes.
