“The Board of Directors will work to ensure that ABSOLAR – with all its technical knowledge, sectoral expertise, market intelligence and outstanding national and international relevance – remains acting as the reference photovoltaic authority. This happens both in dialogue with the government, contributing to the development of new public policies and photovoltaic solar energy development programs - and with companies in the sector, offering new benefits and services to members”, points out Koloszuk.

ABSOLAR's Board of Directors is responsible for strategic planning of the association's actions, defining the entity's action guidelines vis-à-vis its interlocutors, such as government, media, NGOs and sectoral institutions, among others, as well as defining short-term goals, medium and long term.

“It is worth highlighting that the year 2022 promises to be the best in the last decade and is the ideal time to invest in solar energy, due to the new increases already foreseen in Brazilians’ electricity bills and the transition period foreseen in the new law of own energy generation””, he adds.

For the CEO of ABSOLAR, Rodrigo Sauaia, responsible for the entity's executive management and institutional representation, the new board brings a positive and synergistic combination between experience and new proposals, contributing to the entity's internal maturation and the insertion, development and democratization of energy solar energy together with Brazilian citizens.
