North East

The choice of Aldo Solar in the capital of Bahia to hold one of its events is directly related to the growth of solar energy in the region North East, where the source is considered excellent due to the daily incidence of sunlight.

The location's high irradiation rate represents a total that varies from 4.5 to 6 kWh, making it an additional attraction for the development of new small, medium and large projects.

From January 1st to October 10th of this year, for example, more than 105.6 thousand photovoltaic systems were installed in the distributed micro and minigeneration segment in the region, according to data from ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency)

Among the entire national territory, it is in the Northeast that the largest installed capacity of large solar plants is also concentrated, which together generate 2.4 GW, around 70% of the country's entire solar production capacity.
