ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) suspended this Monday (20) the application of the adjustment in tariffs for consumers served by Energisa Sergipe. With the measure, the new tariffs will only come into force from July 1st.

The suspension was requested by the concessionaire itself due to the current pandemic scenario. In recent weeks, the agency had already suspended the approved tariff adjustments for distributors Coelba (BA), Cosern (RN), CPFL Paulista, Enel Ceará (formerly Coelce), Energisa MS and Energisa MT.

How it looks

Energisa Sergipe's adjustment, which will come into effect from July 1st, will be 1.05% for low voltage consumers and 1.51% for high voltage consumers.

According to ANEEL, when calculating the adjustment, the variation in costs associated with providing the service is considered. The calculation considers the acquisition and transmission of electrical energy, as well as sectoral charges.
