CPFL Piratininga – present in 27 municipalities in the interior and coast of the state of São – released a statement informing the need to annex the ART or TRT Technical Responsibility Document for project development and execution of a distributed microgeneration project.

The measure comes after two months of the CPFL Group releasing a statement stating that it was no longer necessary to present the ART or TRT for project preparation and project execution to request projects and inspect distributed microgeneration.

According to the company, the measure complies with the changes defined by ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency). A Agency updated the Module 3 – Connection to the PRODIST Electrical Energy Distribution System, returning to the obligation to present the “Document of technical responsibility (project and execution) of the competent professional council, which identifies the valid registration number and the name of the technical responsible, the location of the work or service and the professional activities carried out, if applicable required by specific legislation and in the manner provided for in that legislation”.

What does the statement released by CPFL Piratininga say?

In the document released by the company, guidance is given that “for all distributed microgeneration projects of power up to 75 kWp, it will be necessary to send the aforementioned documents for technical analysis. In addition to the technical responsibility documents, it is necessary to attach the CREA/CFT registration certificate with the current expiration date of both professionals to the PP website for analysis,” said the statement.

Furthermore, the absence of TRT or ART to prepare the project and execute the project or to register the professional with a valid date will result in failure of the technical analysis.

How to complete the technical responsibility documents for distributed microgeneration?

In the statement, CPFL Piratininga provided guidance on how to complete the documents. “When requesting technical analysis of distributed microgeneration projects, it is necessary to attach technical responsibility documents for both project preparation and execution”, he clarified in a note.
