PL 5829/19, which creates the GD Legal Framework, is on the agenda this Tuesday (18) in the Chamber of Deputies. The expectation is that the proposal, whose rapporteur is deputy Lafayette de Andrada (Republicanos/MG), will be voted on by the end of the day.

The PL has already been put on the agenda for discussion and voting seven times since the emergency regime request was approved in December last year.
Last week, in an interview with Canal Solar Lafayette, he spoke about the progress of the proposal in the Chamber of Deputies and stated that the PL would be voted on this week. “Resolved that we will vote on Tuesday (18). Any differences will be decided by the plenary, in the vote”, he said.
Eletrobras
MP 1031/21 (Provisional Measure 1031/21), which provides for the privatization of Eletrobras, will be discussed and voted on on Wednesday (19). The statement was made by the President of the Chamber, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), after being questioned by the PSB leader, deputy Danilo Cabral (PSB/PE).
According to Lira, the postponement occurs because the rapporteur of the provisional measure, deputy Elmar Nascimento (DEM/BA), continues in negotiations over the text. “We have an agreement so that, out of respect for the Senate, the MPs are forwarded for analysis by the senators within a period of 30 days,” stated Lira through her social networks.
Earlier, Lira also said that the topics discussed in the Plenary are in line with the majority will of the deputies. According to him, “the issues are processed in accordance with the will of the majority of the House”.
