Companies that work with installation of solar energy projects will have yet another tool to help them with their tasks. It is a business management software developed specifically for the segment, the Aster ERP Solar.

Currently, when conducting internal processes, integrators often need to use spreadsheets or multiple software that do not communicate with each other, or rely on a general market ERP, which does not address the specific needs of the solar segment.

According to the creators, the system will resolve those problems with the centralization of all company processes and information, in an environment compatible with the universe of solar energy.

The engineer João Ricardo Somensi, owner of an integrator company and member of the Aster team, explains that the project was born from the real difficulties of his company.

“We realized that general market ERPs fall far short in delivering for the solar energy segment. The language and demands are very specific, which is why we had obstacles in practically all processes, damaging management efficiency and often making it impossible to optimally control deadlines, tasks and costs, thus impacting results for the company and also for customers” , he said.

According to him, the ASTER System enables, among other essential features for the integrator's daily life, the issuance of invoices and bills, digital signature of documents, automatic contact with customers, management of stocks, supplies and fleet, as well as financial management and even post-sales customer satisfaction.

“The flow was designed for easy adaptability to the different operating models of each company”, adds Somesi.

The engineer also explains that, with all data centralized and integrated, technical and financial management of each project will be possible, allowing the manager quick access to various operational reports: “This makes it possible to analyze the performance and efficiency of each sector of the company”, he explains.

The modules available in the Aster System are: Commercial, Contracts, Projects, Works, Purchasing-Production-Stock, Supplies-Assets, Individual Sales, Installer App, Finance, Human Resources and After-sales/Assistance.

“We will transform the daily lives of integrators and solar design and construction companies. ASTER really comes to untangle the management of all our routine processes and provide powerful support for businesspeople’s decision-making”, concludes Somensi.

Launch at Intersolar

The Aster system will be available from its launch, which will take place at Intersolar 2023. In the fair's red pavilion, visitors to the Aster stand will have access to an interactive demonstration of the platform, which offers special contracting conditions during the launch week.
