BNB provides R$ 230 million for solar energy financing

Line of credit is available to all micro and small companies in the Northeast

To the micro and small businesses from 11 Brazilian states will have R$ 230 million available for finance the installation of solar energy with resources from the FNE (Constitutional Financing Fund of the Northeast). Os values are predicted for this year at FNE Sol line, operated by Banco do Nordeste.

To date, more than R$ 53 million have been contracted under the credit line, which It provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to generate clean, sustainable energy and helps optimize their companies' costs. 

In recent years, BNB has been carrying out campaigns across its branch network to encourage the adoption of clean energy. In addition, the bank participates in events with businesspeople, forms partnerships with development agents and approaches companies that install solar systems.

Who answers?

O BNB financing is available to consumers in all nine northeastern states: Alagoas; Bahia; Ceará; Maranhão; Paraíba; Pernambuco; Piauí; Large northern river; It is Sergipe. Individuals 

In addition to the credit line for companies, Banco do Nordeste also provides a total of R$ 145 million to finance the acquisition and installation of a solar panel system in homes in its area of operation.

Called FNE Sol Pessoa Pessoa, the initiative aims to promote the generation of clean and renewable energy in the country, with installments being calculated to be equivalent to the property owner's current electricity bill.
