Our vision, when I say we I mean everyone, even distributors and integrators, is that we need to train ourselves more for offer this product (batteries), because it is not just any product, but it is equipment that is viable and worthwhile.
The statement is Marcelo Baseggio, director of Bold Energy. During event promoted by the company last Thursday (16) in Campinas, sp), the executive emphasized that one of the lines that they are betting on this year is hybrid systems, integrating solar with batteries.
During the meeting, which took place at Royal Palm Plaza Resort, one of the lectures was precisely the importance of storage market, which is expanding in the country.
Furthermore, Baseggio highlighted that the event was essential for strengthen relationships with customers and discuss industry trends. “We also had lectures on sales techniques, with an emphasis on CRM management to drive business growth, and we presented new products that we are adding for 2024, such as Smart Home”.
“We had the presence of big, established brands, who also presented their product portfolios. In total, we gathered around 200 people, being suppliers and guests, and we believe that among the meetings we held, this was certainly one of the most complete so far”, he highlighted.
According to the director, the company has grown a lot in the Brazilian market, mainly due to the strategic partnerships signed. “And one of the values of our culture is a win-win partnership, which is good for Bold, but which is also very good for our integrator customers”, he highlighted.
Loyalty program and after-sales innovation
Concerned about being a partner distributor, Bold Energy recently launched the Fidelity program which aims award integrators in three different categories, which gives the opportunity for more partners to be awarded.
After having launched the initiative at the first Partners Meeting of the year, in the city of Chapecó (SC), the news has been announced at all of the company's events, which have already taken place in Chapecó (SC), Fortaleza (CE) and now Campinas (SP).
During the event, the company provided details on how it is possible to participate in the initiative, and also highlighted how automation, integrated with photovoltaic solutions, can contribute to the loyalty of end consumers.
“We decided to work in this direction to provide customers with the automation of their homes.
