O Connect Channel, the first congress held by the Solar Channel, he had starting this Monday (28), at the UNICAMP Convention Center (State University of Campinas), with a lecture taught by attorney Pedro Dante, specialist in energy and infrastructure at Lefosse Advogados.

Titled “How to prepare for Law 14,300”, O expert explained to participants which changes come into effect from January 2023 and brought examples of how integrators can prepare to run their business and take advantage of opportunities in the sector.

“GD’s Legal Framework is here to stay and we are at a time of consolidating projects. So, in my presentation I focused a lot on remote GD. The rules should already be clearer, but the boost in energy for the captive market makes us very excited”, commented Dante.

For the lawyer, knowledge and practicality are everything in the energy sector. “The projects are there, the rules are there and consumers want to produce their own energy. So, all you need to do is have knowledge and seek the correct advice, and these projects can be structured. The future is promising”, he concluded.
