Hoymiles annual manufacturing capacity will reach 5 million units

To better meet the demand of domestic and global markets, Hoymiles announced that it is building a new manufacturing base in China. With some assembly lines in operation, the monthly capacity should reach 300 thousand units until the end of December this year.

According to the company, when all assembly lines are in operation, the ability to Annual manufacturing will reach five million units.

“With more than 10 years of experience in distributed solar technology, we now have Microinverters developed by Hoymiles itself, quick shutdown devices and hybrid inverters. Furthermore, our products are gaining more market share every year, thanks to the recent exponential growth in orders”, highlighted the manufacturer.

Assembly lines and equipment

Occupying an area of 35,000 m2, the enterprise integrates production, stereoscopic storage and logistics. “We have a complete set of intelligent equipment and systems that will maximize productivity and product quality,” they emphasized.

According to the company, dozens of new assembly lines will be added to the base. In total, more than 200 SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) software will simplify and clarify workflow so workers can check production progress in real time.

Management and labor

Hoymiles further commented that some steps will be completely automated to ensure that all products are delivered to a high standard.

“Important statistics, including production progress, order information, defect rate and units entering production, will all be updated in real time,” they said.

“Workers can follow the entire production process from start to finish and identify problems immediately, which can minimize communication and recheck costs,” they added.

In addition to introducing new equipment and systems, the company highlighted that it will reduce repetitive and mechanical work and add more training sessions to improve worker skills, “while also expanding our team. In 2023, our production team will increase to 750 people.”
