Consumers served by Enel SP will have a reduction of 2.24% in their energy bill

A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) approved, this Tuesday (27), the Periodic Tariff Review of Enel Distribuição São Paulo SA – distributor that serves approximately 7.7 million consumer units of electricity in 24 municipalities in the metropolitan region of the state, including the capital.

According to the Agency, the removal of financial components from the previous tariff process, as well as the reduction in costs with activities related to energy distribution were the factors that had the greatest impact on the reduction of these rates.

The average effect of high voltage refers to classes A1 (>= 230 kV), A2 (from 88 to 138 kV), A3 (69 kV) and A4 (from 2.3 to 25 kV). For low voltage, the average includes classes B1 (Residential and low-income residential subclass); B2 (Rural: subclasses, such as agriculture, rural electrification cooperative, rural industry, public rural irrigation service); B3 (Industrial, commercial, services and other activities, public authorities, public services and own consumption); and B4 (Public lighting).
