DAH Solar projects an increase of 20% in module exports to Brazil

The module manufacturer DAH Solar it intends, by the end of this year, to export more than 1 GW to Brazil. The projection for this year, according to the company, takes into account the results of the latest Greener survey, which classified DAH Solar as the 4th most remembered brand between the integrators and 8th among export volumes.

“Last year we exported around 850 MW to Brazil. Prices in Brazil last year were a little disordered and this situation affected us a little. However, we insist on placing product quality as a priority and implementing the principle of business integrity”, points out Débora Garcez, Marketing Director at the manufacturer.

“Due to this, we still maintained constant sales growth in the Brazilian market in 2022. Furthermore, we were among the top 10 in export volume and occupied fourth position in the ranking of brands most remembered by the integrator in Grenner’s annual report”, adds.

According to the company, the Brazilian market is strategic in its brand expansion. Proof of this is that the manufacturer should soon bring its new technology to Brazilian integrators.

“Our focus is to continue bringing innovative, high-technology, A-quality products to the Brazilian market. The first containers of the Solar Unit, the world's first integrated solar system. Soon, we will share it with the Brazilian market through our partner distributors”, added Débora.

Angie Liu, responsible for global marketing at DAH Solar, highlighted that the company is increasingly investing in Brazil, both in technology and service.

“In order to maintain our main objective of creating value for our customers and ensuring the delivery of high-value products to the end consumer, we are expanding our local team to bring high-quality products and professional service. These are our strategies for the Brazilian market”, he said.

“We currently have Débora Garcez, Marketing Director for Brazil and we have vacancies open for the commercial area, salespeople with experience in solar and electrical engineers”, stated the executive.
